Joel called meeting to order at 5:40 PM

- Review & approval of minutes 5-2-23 & 7-10-23 with date change Motion by Melissa and second by Seth for approval - passed
- Goals for 2023 - Capturing leads volume per member and amount of each transaction, Optimizing technology for membership use, making the technology work for us so anyone can use it.
